Admission Procedure

MBA ADMISSION PROCEDURE

The Institute offers 2 years Full Time Degree in Masters of Business Administration Program.
The MBA program is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Barkatullah University Bhopal
(M.P).

The candidate seeking admission must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline obtained
through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with at least 50% for general category
and for SC/ST and OBC 45% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an
act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established an act of
Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 & UGC Act 1956,
recognized by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or possess an equivalent qualification
recognized by the Ministry of HRD),Government of India. Foreign candidates may also apply
through PIO quota.
The candidates should appear in CMAT MBA entrance exam conducted by AICTE every year.
The CMAT score is accepted by all AICTE Approved Institutions/University
Departments/Constituent Colleges/Affiliated Colleges. However the Institute may fill the vacant
seats through College level counseling. All admissions are done through DTE.
Duration and Seats
Number of Seats: 180 (Reservation / Quota as per DTE, Govt. of MP Guidelines)
Duration of course: 2 Years Full-Time

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of
the Mathematics / Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology with at least 50% marks (45% in case of
candidate belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together.
Admission to students is given in BPharma 1st Semester by the Directorate of Technical
Education Govt. of MP Bhopal through counseling based on their merit in PEPT conducted by
Professional Examination Board (VYAPAM) Madhya Pradesh or through college level
counseling on a 10 + 2 basis.
Students can take admission directly into the 2nd year of BPharma (recognized by Directorate of
Technical Education M.P, Government of India) if they have done a diploma in engineering with
60% marks.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR BPharma REGISTRATION:
The candidate should report to the Institute along with the following original documents, two
photographs, and two sets of attested photocopies of all the documents, for the registration:
1. Proof of Date of Birth (like Certificate/Marksheet of HSC/HSSC Examination).
2. 10th class Marksheet.
3. 12th class Marksheet.
4. Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates).
5. Domicile Certificate (For MP Candidates only).
6. Transfer Certificate and Character Certificate from the Principal of the College last
attended (may be submitted within 15 days after admission).
7. Migration Certificate (may be submitted within 15 days after admission)

Admission to undergraduate (UG) courses at Barkatullah University (BU) for 2026-27 is
primarily online through the MP Online portal
, with many courses requiring CUET UG scores or
merit-based selection. Key dates for registration are expected around June–July 2025, followed
by counseling, with mandatory document verification for final admission.
Key Details on Admission Process:
 Application Method: Candidates must apply online via bubhopal.mponline.gov.in.
 Admission Criteria:
o Merit-Based: BA, B.Com, and certain other undergraduate courses.
o Entrance Exam: B.Sc., BBA, BA and BCA often require CUET UG, JEE Main,
or university-specific exams.
 Steps to Apply:
1. Registration: Fill out the online registration form on the MP Online portal.
2. Course Selection: Choose the UTD/Affiliated College and course.
3. Document Upload: Upload 10th and 12th mark sheets and supporting
documents.
4. Fee Payment: Pay the application fee online.
5. Document Verification: After selection, submit documents for physical
verification at the respective department.
 Required Documents: 10th & 12th Mark Sheets, Transfer Certificate (TC), Migration
Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), and Income Certificate.
Important Information:
 2026 Exam: The CUET UG 2026 entrance exam is scheduled from May 11 to May 31,
2026.
 Eligibility: Usually requires a minimum of 45%-50% in 10+2, depending on the course.
 Post-Submission: After online submission, candidates may need to submit a printout of
the application along with documents to the head of the concerned teaching department.

admission to NCVT ITI courses (1-2 years) is primarily merit-based (10th/8th marks) or via
state-level entrance exams. The process involves online registration on state-specific portals
(e.g., MP ITI, UP ITI
), choice filling for trades/institutes, document verification, and seat
allotment, usually starting in June/July.
Step-by-Step NCVT Admission Process
1. Check Eligibility: Generally, candidates must have passed the 8th or 10th standard, with
a minimum age of 14 years.
2. Online Registration: Candidates must visit the official state ITI admission website (e.g.,
ITI Delhi) and register using an email ID and phone number.
3. Application Form: Fill in personal, educational, and contact details.
4. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of the 10th/8th mark sheet, photo, signature,
and category certificate.
5. Choice Filling & Fee Payment: Select preferred ITI institutes and trade options (e.g.,
Electrician, Fitter) and pay the application/counselling fee online.
6. Merit List & Seat Allotment: A merit list is published based on academic marks or
entrance scores, followed by seat allotment.
7. Document Verification & Admission: Candidates must report to the allotted institute
for verification of original documents and pay the admission fee to confirm their seat.
